🌸 Returns & Refunds Policy
Every Bloomment piece is handcrafted with care. If you encounter an issue with your order, our returns policy is designed to support you fairly and clearly.
⏳ How Long Do I Have to Return?
- Please let us know within 14 days of delivery if you would like to return your order.
- Once you’ve contacted us, please send the items back within the following 14 days.
- For extra peace of mind, Bloomment allows up to 30 days from delivery for eligible returns.
🎀 Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Sent back in the original packaging and protection.
- With all tags and seals intact (where applicable). If a product seal is broken (where applicable) or the tags have been removed, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- Hair accessories (scrunchies, claws, clips, headbands, etc.) must be unused and returned in unopened packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
📌 Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please check your order when it arrives.
- If your item is damaged or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
- To help us resolve this quickly, please email us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A description of the issue
- Wherever possible, please return damaged or incorrect items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
👉 Please note: With handcrafted items, small variations (such as loose threads or light stitching/glue marks) are a normal part of the process and do not count as damaged, as they do not affect normal use.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, clearance items, or bundle deals (Final Sale)
- Customised or made-to-order designs
👉 Please note: This does not affect your legal rights regarding damaged or incorrect products.
📦 How to Return Items
- To arrange a return, please contact us first at info@bloomment.co.uk with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.
📮 Return Postage
UK & EU Orders
If you return an item because you have changed your mind, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, Bloomment will cover the return postage and refund the original standard delivery charge.
International Orders (including United States & Canada)
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Original outbound shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of posting.
Bloomment cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
💰 Receiving Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, here’s how refunds are handled:
- Refunds are processed promptly — usually within 7–10 business days, and always within 14 days at the latest.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
- Please note: some payment providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe) may not refund their transaction fees. If applicable, these fees will be deducted from your refund.
